Kathy will establish a Clean Water Caucus to address the critical issues surrounding our precious waters. She will collaborate with the Save the Mashpee Wakeby Pond Alliance, the Falmouth Pond Alliance and the Barnstable Country Freshwater initiative to increase state funding & grants to study & create effective & cost-effective solutions to preserve our coastal & fresh waters.
Bays & Estuaries
Kathy will advocate for increased state funding for sewering & advocate for all solutions to decrease harmful nitrogen & phosphorus in all our waters, saving our taxpayers thousands.
